ONLINE Counseling sessions
At this time, Inner Harmonies does online mental health sessions from the comfort of your home. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Session prices and times vary so you and your therapist can come up with a mental health plan that meets your needs and fits your budget.
PRICING
The fee for individual therapy sessions are:
$30 for a 30 minute session,
$45 for a 45 minute session (recommended)
$60 for a 60 minute session
The fee for conjoint (marital-family) therapy sessions are:
$45 for a 45 minute session
$60 for a 60 minute session (recommended)
$90 for a 90 minute session
Insurance
At this time, Inner Harmonies, LLC does not accept insurance and only offers private pay. Payments are to be made to Inner Harmonies, LLC. Payments can be made via check, cash or Venmo @innerharmoniesiowa.
1:1 Mindfulness COACHING
Wanting something a little lighter than therapy? Want to work on expanding your toolbox and learn how to utilize your coping tools?
If you’re looking to add some balance and calm into your life, 1:1 mindfulness coaching might be the right step for you.
Learn a variety of mindfulness techniques and different ways you can apply them, or just come and get a guided meditation to give yourself a nervous system reset.

Therapy can be intimidating. Especially if you have never been in therapy before. Maybe you have some ideas about what therapy should be, based on your culture, family values or even media, such as tv or movies. I’d like to take this opportunity to explain to you how I like my sessions to run.
I largely have a Humanistic approach. This means that I believe that one of the most important elements of therapy is found with in the relationship that client and therapist build. I hope to build a healthy relationship of trust, openness and curiosity. I work hard to create a space, online or in-person, where you feel safe to explore the things you need to process in order for you to grow into your healthiest self, whatever that looks like to you.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
